摘 要:通过研究4种食用型仙人掌(米邦塔、梨果、食用仙人球、仙人镜)及4种非食用型仙人掌(量天尺、五指山、金琥、黄大刺)的提取物,对比分析它们的抗氧化及美白活性,以期为开发含有仙人掌提取物成分的化妆品打下坚实的理论基础。结果表明:各提取物总抗氧化和美白活性随质量浓度的提高而增加。食用型仙人掌中,仙人镜提取物DPPH自由基清除率最强,达91.37%;梨果(94.18%)和米邦塔(94.11%)提取物的ABTS清除率最强;食用仙人球(63.43%)提取物的酪氨酸酶抑制率最强。非食用型仙人掌中,五指山提取物DPPH自由基清除率和酪氨酸酶抑制性均为最强,分别为87.87%和51.42%;量天尺(93.51%)提取物的ABTS清除率最强。To study the antioxidant and whitening activities of extracts from different cacti species,4 edible cacti(Opuntia milpa alta,Opuntia ficus-indica(Linn).Mill,Echinopsis multiplex zucc,and Opuntia phaeacantha engelm)and 4 non-edible cacti(Hylocereus undatus(Haw.)Britt.et Rose,Ferocactus acanthodes,Echinocactus grusonii hildm,and Opuntia monacantha(Willd.)Haw)were compared,in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the development of cosmetics containing cactus extract components.The results showed that the total antioxidant and whitening activities of each extract increased with mass concentration.Among the edible cacti,the scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals of the extract from Opuntia phaeacantha engelm was the largest,reaching 91.37%;the ABTS scavenging rates of the extracts from Opuntia ficus-indica(Linn.)Mill(94.18%)and Opuntia milpa alta(94.11%)were the largest;the extract of Echinopsis multiplex zucc(63.43%)showed the highest tyrosinase inhibition rate.Among the non-edible cacti,the extract of Ferocactus acanthodes had the highest DPPH free radical scavenging rate and tyrosinase inhibition,which were 87.87%and 51.42%,respectively.The ABTS scavenging rate of the extracts from Hylocereus undatus(Haw.)Britt.et Rose(93.51%)was the largest.
