摘 要:乙酰乙酸乙酯是一种常用于调香型电子烟液的香原料,在稀碱环境下不稳定会产生乙醇而影响呈香的效果。本试验构建电子烟液体系,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪跟踪分析乙醇释放量,考察乙酰乙酸乙酯在碱性及酸性电子烟液体系中的稳定性。研究发现,烟碱的加入会加速乙酰乙酸乙酯的酮式分解释放乙醇,将烟油中的烟碱用苯甲酸尼古丁盐替代可有效抑制乙酰乙酸乙酯的水解;同时还发现,避光保存以及酸性香原料的引入能稳定乙酰乙酸乙酯在电子烟液中的保存,降低乙酰乙酸乙酯的水解程度,从而减少乙醇的释放。Ethyl acetoacetate is a commonly used aroma ingredient in flavored electronic cigarette liquids.It is unstable in dilute alkali environment and produces ethanol,which affects the effect of fragrance.In this experiment,an electronic cigarette liquid system was constructed,and the release of ethanol was tracked and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to investigate the stability of ethyl acetoacetate in alkaline and acidic electronic cigarette liquid systems.It was found that the addition of nicotine would accelerate the ketonic decomposition of ethyl acetoacetate to release ethanol,and the replacement of nicotine in electronic cigarette liquid with nicotine benzoate could effectively inhibit the hydrolysis of ethyl acetoacetate.Meanwhile,keeping in dark place and adding acid flavor ingredients could stabilize the preservation of ethyl acetoacetate in electronic cigarette liquid,and reduce the hydrolysis degree of ethyl acetoacetate,thus reducing the release of ethanol.
