摘  要:通过微生物挑战试验,在化妆品水剂配方中加入异构丁二醇,研究异构丁二醇的协同抗菌作用。结果表明:在纯水配方的防腐挑战试验中,异构丁二醇质量分数不小于6%时就可通过挑战;以异构丁二醇质量分数6%为基准,制备精华液,发现异构丁二醇质量分数6%的添加量可以大幅度地降低其他非传统防腐剂的添加量,从而降低对羟基苯乙酮在配方中的析出和己二醇刺激热感的风险。相比其他常见二元醇安全性更高、刺激性更低的优点,异构丁二醇可成为化妆品中防腐体系的选择。Through microbial challenge tests,isomeric butanediol was added to aqueous formulation of cosmetics to study its synergistic antimicrobial activity.The experimental results showed that in the challenge test of pure aqueous formulation,when the mass fraction of isomeric butanediol was no less than 6%,it could pass the challenge test and be regarded as the benchmark to prepare the essence solution.The experiment found that the addition of 6%isomeric butanediol could significantly reduce the addition of preservatives,thereby reducing the risk of p-hydroxyacetophenone precipitation in the formula and hexanediol stimulating the heat sensation.Combined with the advantages of higher safety and lower irritation of isomeric butanediol compared with other common diols,it could be the choice of anti-corrosion system in cosmetics.
