摘  要:优选表面活性剂环烷基石油磺酸盐(KPS)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠(AEC-9)组成微乳液驱油体系,考察微乳液体系的油水界面张力、复配比例、中相微乳液配方、最佳盐浓度、最佳助表面活性剂、最佳醇浓度和驱油性能。实验结果表明,KPS/AEC-9微乳液复配体系在质量分数为0.3%~2.0%范围内都可以达到超低界面张力;复配比例为5∶5时,形成的中相微乳液体积最大。随着NaCl和正丁醇浓度的增大,微乳液相态经历WinsorI型到WinsorIII型再到WinsorII型的转变。在KPS/AEC-9复配体系质量浓度为1%,复配比例为5∶5,NaCl质量浓度为36000 mg/L,正丁醇质量分数为1.25%时,微乳液驱含水率最大降幅为64.0%,提高采收率33.0%,显示出了良好的降水增油效果。The surfactant naphthenic petroleum sulfonate(KPS)and sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyeth-ylene ether carboxylate(AEC-9)are selected to form a microemulsion oil displacement system.The oil water interfacial tension,compound ratio,middle phase microemulsion formula,optimal salt concen-tration,optimal cosurfactant,optimal alcohol concentration,and the oil displacement performance of the microemulsion system are investigated.The experimental results show that the KPS/AEC 9 micro-emulsion composite system can achieve ultra-low interfacial tension in the range of 0.3%~2.0%mass concentration.When the compound ratio is 5∶5,the volume of the middle phase microemulsion is the largest.With the increase of NaCl and n-butanol concentration,the phase state of the microemul-sion goes through the transition from Winsor I to Winsor III and then to Winsor II.When the mass concentration of KPS/AEC 9 composite system is 1%,the compound ratio is 5:5,the NaCl mass concentration is 36000 mg/L,and the n-butanol mass concentration is 1.25%,the maximum water content decrease of microemulsion flooding is 64%,and the oil recovery is improved by 33.0%,which shows a good effect of reducing water content and increasing oil recovery.
