电磁脉冲除油及膜处理工艺在特低渗透油田采出水处理的应用

摘　　要：针对华北油田分公司第三采油厂面临的特低渗透油田回注水水质要求高,油田采出水处理难的问题,研究出一套适应特低渗透油田的采出水处理工艺技术。该水处理工艺通过电磁脉冲除油的脉冲破乳和电解絮凝电极进行高效除油;超精细纤维束过滤器和油水分离专用陶瓷膜进行高效除杂,过滤前含油质量浓度≤10 mg/L、陶瓷膜不易糊堵且通量衰减慢,处理后采出水达到A1级水质(含油质量浓度≤5 mg/L、悬浮物质量浓度≤1 mg/L、悬浮物中值粒径≤1μm),满足区块注入水质要求。采出水替代清水注入地层,水质合格同时也能一定程度上降低储层改造工作量,提高驱油效率,保持油层产量,稳定油井生产能力,最终提高油田注入开发效果,具有广泛的推广价值和应用前景。In view of the problems of high-quality requirement of re-injected water and difficult treatment of produced water in ultra-low permeability oilfield faced by No.3 Oil Production Plant of Huabei Oilfield Branch Company,a set of produced water treatment technology adapted to ultra-low permeability oilfield is studied.This water treatment process uses pulse demulsification of electromagnetic pulse oil removal and electrolytic flocculation electrode for efficient oil removal,uses the ultra-fine fi-ber bundle filter and the special ceramic membrane for efficient impurity removal.The oil mass concen-tration before filtration is less than or equal to 10 mg/L,the ceramic membrane is not easily blocked,and the flux decay is slow.After treatment,the produced water reaches A1 grade water quality,with oil mass concentration≤5 mg/L,suspended solids mass concentration≤1 mg/L,and suspended medi-an particle size≤1μm,which meets the water quality requirements for block injection.Replacing clean water with produced water to inject into the formation cannot only make the water quality quali-fied,but also reduce the workload of reservoir stimulation to a certain extent,improve the oil displace-ment efficiency,maintain the production of oil layers,stabilize the production capacity of oil wells,and finally improve the effect of oilfield injection and development,which has a wide range of popular-ization value and application prospects.
