摘 要:大庆油田历经60余年的开发建设,建成了庞大的生产及耗能系统,随着开发时间的不断延长,运行成本持续增长,能耗管控压力较大。“十三五”期间,大庆油田参与研发了集输系统能量优化技术,通过仿真模拟和数据挖掘相结合的方式,探索能耗最低运行参数。“十四五”以来,大庆油田对集输系统能量优化技术进行了推广应用,通过进行采出液物性研究、完善优化软件功能、建立能量优化示范区,取得了良好的节能效果。集输系统能量优化技术在全油田不同区块具有较好的现场适应性,为提质增效工作提供技术支撑。After more than 60 years of development and construction,Daqing Oilfield has built a huge production and energy consumption system.With the continuous extension of development time,the proportion of operating costs continues to increase,and energy consumption control pressure is high.During the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,Daqing Oilfield participated in the development of en-ergy optimization technology for gathering and transportation systems,exploring the lowest operating parameters of energy consumption through a combination of simulation and data mining.Since the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,Daqing Oilfield has promoted and applied energy optimization technolo-gy for the gathering and transportation system,and achieved good energy-saving effects by conducting research on the physical properties of produced fluids,improving and optimizing software functions,and establishing energy optimization demonstration areas.The energy optimization technology of the gathering and transportation system has good on-site adaptability in different blocks of the entire oil-field,which provides technical support for improving quality and efficiency.
