摘 要:以吉林省中、东部13个地点29份沙松优树种实为研究对象,采用方差分析、相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析等方法对沙松种实的9个表型性状进行系统分析及综合评价,为吉林省沙松种质资源评价、良种选育提供参考.结果显示:参试沙松种实表型性状间均存在显著差异;性状平均变异系数为13.31%,最大的种粒重达到25.15%,最小的种粒长为7.10%;沙松球果重、球果长宽比与种粒重,种粒重与球果重、球果宽、种粒长呈极显著相关(P<0.01),种粒长宽比与种粒长,种粒长与球果宽、球果重,种粒厚与球果长呈显著相关(P<0.05);9个表型性状提取出4个主成分,累计贡献率为89.950%,球果长、球果宽、球果重和种粒重可用于沙松种质资源评价.聚类分析在欧氏距离10处,参试沙松种实被聚成3大类:Ⅰ类包含的4株优树种实表型性状指数最高,Ⅱ类包含的14株优树种实表型性状指数居中,Ⅲ类包含的11株优树种实表型性状指数比其他两类低.The study focused on 29 samples of superior Abies holophylla Maxim seeds and cones from 13 locations in the central and eastern regions of Jilin Province.Variance analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis were conducted to systematically analyze and evaluate nine phenotypic traits of the Abies holophylla Maxim seeds and cones.The study aimed to provide references for the evaluation of germplasm resources,breeding and innovation of Pinus sylvestris var.Mongolica in Jilin Province.The results showed significant differences among the phenotypic traits of the tested Abies holophylla Maxim seeds and cones.The average coefficient of variation for the traits was 13.31%,with seed weight exhibiting the highest variation coefficient at 25.15%and seed length showing the lowest at 7.10%.Significant correlations were found between cone weight,cone length,width index,and seed weight,as well as between seed weight and cone weight,cone width,and seed length(P<0.01).The seed length-to-width ratio was significantly correlated with seed length,while seed length showed significant correlations with cone width,cone weight and seed thickness(P<0.05).Four principal components were extracted from the nine phenotypic traits,which accounted for a cumulative contribution rate of 89.950%.Cone length,cone width,cone weight,and seed weight were identified as suitable indicators for evaluating the germplasm resources of Abies holophylla Maxim.Cluster analysis conducted at a Euclidean distance of 10,Abies holophylla Maxim seeds and cones were classified into three main categories:CategoryⅠincluded cones from four superior trees with the highest values for all phenotypic traits;CategoryⅡincluded cones from 14 trees with intermediate trait values,and CategoryⅢincluded cones from 11 trees with relatively lower trait values compared to the other two categories.
