摘　　要：换向器片间误差是换向器性能的重要指标之一,直接影响碳刷的使用寿命,相关的检测设备即换向器片间误差测量仪。介绍换向器动态片间误差测试设备高速传动机构和位移传感器等关键部件和技术。选用实际样品,使用激光位移传感器和电容位移传感器分别进行测量,得到实际测试数据。Inter-slice error of commutator is one of the important indicators of commutator performance,which directly affects the service life of carbon brushes.The relevant testing equipment is the commutator inter-slice error measuring instrument.The key components and technologies such as high-speed transmission mechanism and displacement sensor of the dynamic inter-slice error testing equipment for commutators are introduced.Actual samples are selected and are measured by using laser displacement sensors and capacitive displacement sensors respectively to obtain actual test data.
