摘　　要：提出基于物联网的质量管理信息采集方法,构建了质量管理信息采集的物联网体系架构,在感知层通过智能移动终端采集信息,经通信层将数据传输至整合层,通过大数据分析技术实现信息处理。应用层基于无线通信技术接收来自整合层的数据源,实现质量管理信息的多种应用。实验结果表明,提出的方法采集效率高,采集结果准确,可完成海量信息的采集与处理。The quality management information collection method based on the Internet of Things is proposed,and the Internet of Things architecture of quality management information collection is constructed.The information is collected through intelligent mobile terminals at the perception layer,transmitted to the integration layer through the data transmission channel of the communication layer,and information processing is realized through Big data analysis technology.The application layer receives data sources from the integration layer based on wireless communication technology,achieving various applications of quality management information.The experimental results show that the proposed method is with high collection efficiency and accurate collection results,which can complete the collection and processing of massive information.
