摘 要:针对华家湾金矿采用上向水平分层干式充填采矿法开采存在的生产效率低,生产能力小,生产管理难度大及安全风险高等问题,结合矿体开采技术条件,进行了采矿方法优化研讨,最终选择了机械化-预控顶上向双层嗣后充填采矿方法,并进行了现场工业试验。详细介绍了该采矿方法的采场结构参数、采准切割工程、回采工艺过程及采场充填流程等。生产实践表明:采用机械化-预控顶上向双层嗣后充填采矿方法回采,提高了生产效率,单个采区综合生产能力翻了三倍。In view of the problems of low production efficiency,small production capacity,difficult production management and high safety risks in the ordinary upward horizontal layered dry filling mining method used in a Huajiawan gold mine,the mining method was optimized based on the technical conditions of the ore body mining,and the mechanized precontrolled roof upward double-layer subsequent filling mining method was finally selected and industrial tests were conducted on site.The stope structure parameters,mining preparation and cutting engineering,mining process and stope filling process of this mining method are introduced in detail.The production practice shows that the use of mechanized precontrolled roof upward double-layer subsequent filling mining method for stoping improves the production efficiency and triples the overall production capacity of a single mining area.
