摘 要:文章总结了近年来国内外学者处理铁酸锌型含锌废渣的相关研究进展,将处理方法概括为火法处理、湿法处理与其他方法三大类,并进行了相应评述。这些方法的核心研究思路均在于破坏铁酸锌稳定的尖晶石结构,使其发生分解,目前均不同地存在能耗大、成本高、工艺复杂、环境污染等问题,绝大多数仍处于实验室研究阶段。此外,结合现有研究提出了一种湿法处理铁酸锌的想法,并对未来铁酸锌回收工艺进行了展望。In this paper,the relevant research progress of domestic and foreign scholars in the treatment of zinc ferrite type zinc-containing slag in recent years was summarized.The treatment methods were summarized into three categories:fire treatment,wet treatment and other methods,and corresponding comments were made.The core research idea of these methods is to destroy the stable spinel structure of zinc ferrite and make it decompose.At present,there are different problems such as high energy consumption,high cost,complex process and environmental pollution.Most of them are still in the laboratory research stage.In addition,an idea of wet treatment of zinc ferrite is put forward based on the existing research,and the prospect of zinc ferrite recovery process in the future is also discussed.
