湖南省废弃电器电子产品拆解处理形势与对策研究

摘　　要：随着科技发展和生活水平的提高,电视机、电冰箱、电脑等家用电器及电子产品更新换代速度加快,众多的废弃电器电子产品未得到规范处置,造成了资源浪费。这类物质中含有的铅、汞、镉等有毒物质,更会对环境和人体健康造成巨大威胁。对该类产品进行规范化回收、拆解处理是现阶段经济社会发展的迫切要求,也是生态环境监管的重要内容。文章以湖南省为例,系统梳理了废弃电器电子产品拆解处理现状和发展趋势,诊断分析了废弃电器电子产品拆解处理产业存在的问题并提出了相应的对策建议。With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standards,the upgrading speed of household appliances and electronic products such as TV sets,refrigerators and computers has been accelerated.Many waste electrical appliances and electronic products have not been properly disposed of,which not only damages the interests of consumers,but also causes a waste of resources.In particular,some household appliances contain toxic substances such as lead,mercury and cadmium,which will pose a great threat to the environment and human health.Standardized recycling and disassembly of waste electrical and electronic products is an urgent requirement of economic and social development at the present stage,as well as an important content of ecological environmental supervision.Taking Hunan Province as an example,this paper systematically combs the current situation and development trend of disassembly of waste electrical and electronic products,diagnoses and analyzes the existing problems in the disassembly industry of waste electrical and electronic products,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
