摘 要:为了准确测定铅阳极泥中的碲,试验采用王水溶样,在碲214.281 nm处,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)进行测定。试验讨论了酸度的选择,共存元素铅、铋、锑等对碲测定的影响。结果表明,稀释时加入8 mL的王水能防止铋和锑的水解且测定结果稳定,一定含量的铅、铋、锑、铜、砷的存在对碲的测定无影响,碲在0~12μg/mL的校正曲线关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,本试验方法的检出限为0.015μg/mL。取不同含量的铅阳极泥样品进行精密度试验,所得的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)在0.56%~0.95%之间,加标回收率在99.31%~101.43%之间。In order to accurately determine the tellurium in lead anode slime,a method of digesting the lead anode slime by chloroazotic acid was established.Te 214.281 nm was selected as the analytical line and ICP-OES was used to determine the lead anode slime.Selection of acidity and interference of co-existing elements such as lead,bismuth and antimony on the determination of tellurium were discussed.The results show that the addition of 8 mL chloroazotic acid can prevent the hydrolysis of bismuth and antimony,and the results are stable.The existence of lead,bismuth,antimony,copper and arsenic have no effect on the determination of tellurium.Tellurium is well correlated between 0μg/mL to 12μg/mL and the correlation coefficient is 0.9999.The detection limit is 0.015μg/mL.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=12)is between 0.56%and 0.95%,and the recovery is between 99.31%and 101.43%.
