摘 要:青岛特钢3^(#)高炉通过加强原燃料管理以控制入炉粉末,优化上、下部操作制度以获得较好的煤气利用率。同时,针对性治理铁口喷溅和煤枪磨漏小套的问题,提升了技术经济指标。燃料比降至510 kg/t以下,煤比突破155 kg/t,高炉利用系数稳定在2.5 t/(m^(3)·d)以上,炉况长期稳定顺行。By strengthening the management of raw fuel to control the powder in the furnace and optimizing the upper and lower operating systems,the No.3 blast furnace of Qingdao Special Iron and Steel is able to obtain better gas utilization rate.At the same time,the problems of iron spillage and coal gun wear leakage are targeted,and the technical and economic indicators are finally improved.The fuel ratio of blast furnace decreased to less than 510 kg/t,the coal ratio exceeded 155 kg/t.The utilization coefficient is stable above 2.5 t/(m^(3)·d),and the furnace condition is stable and smooth for a long time.
