摘　　要：根据防静电地板用SPCE冷轧钢带的质量要求,通过制作分体式酸洗钢带热风干燥装置和防止钢带堆钢的吹扫装置,提高酸洗钢带的表面质量;通过对1700 mm六辊HC冷轧机的AGC工艺控制系统和工艺润滑系统进行优化改造,提高产品的厚度精度、表面质量和板形质量;通过对退火工艺参数进行优化,保证产品的深冲性能,从而成功开发出防静电地板用SPCE冷轧钢带。According to the quality requirements of SPCE coldrolled steel stripforanti-staticfloor,thesurface quality of pickling steel strip is improved by making split type hot air drying device and purge device to prevent stacking of steel strip.By optimizing the AGC process control system and process lubrication system of 1700 mm six-high HC cold rolling mill,the thickness accuracy,surface quality and shape quality of the product are improved.By optimizing the annealing process parameters to ensure the deep drawing performance of the product,SPCE cold rolled steel strip for anti-static floor was successfully developed.
