摘  要:介绍利用转炉渣磁选回收的精铁矿、除尘灰制备的铁皮球及烧结矿筛下物优化转炉造渣工艺,将这些成分以铁氧化物为主的铁质料在转炉吹炼1.5 min时,在加石灰同时加入铁质渣料3~4 kg/t钢,在6.5~8.5 min时,加3.5 kg/t钢左右。铁质料的加入能够改善转炉化渣效果,降低钢水终点磷含量,减少石灰消耗。对钢铁企业转炉脱磷及处理回收的铁质料具有一定的参考意义。This paper mainly introduces the improvement of slag-making process of converter by using ferrous materials recovered by magnetic separation of converter slag,ferrous ball prepared by dedusting ash and sinter underscreen material,these ferrous materials mainly composed of FetO are added to 3-4 kg/ton of steel in converter when the blowing starts for 1.5 min,and the lime is added at the same time.At 6.5-8.5 min,about 3.5 kg/ton of steel is added.The slag melting effect and dephosphorization rate are improved,and lime consumption is reduced.This paper has certain reference significance for dephosphorization process and treatment of the recovered ferrous materials in iron and steel enterprises.
