摘　　要：钢制包头的质量决定着安全防护鞋实际防护效果,目前用于制造防护用品部件的原材料主要有25号、40号、45号、50号冷轧钢带。阐述了安全防护鞋头用冷轧钢带的生产工艺及性能要求,介绍了研发生产现状,指出技术难点主要集中在洁净度控制及退火工艺控制等方面。The quality of steel baotou determines the actual protective effect of safety shoes.At present,the raw materials used for manufacturing protective parts are mainly No.25,No.40,No.45,No.50 cold rolled steel strips.This paper describes the production process and performance requirements of cold rolled steel strip for safety protection toe,introduces the development and production status,and points out that the technical difficulties mainly focus on cleanliness control and annealing process control.
