摘  要:青岛特钢分析铁前系统存在的信息孤岛、工序协同、智能化提升等问题,整合物联网、大数据、云计算、数字孪生等先进工业互联网技术,建设了铁前一体化智能管控平台,共开发18个生产模型,打造出依托“云-边”协同的炼铁一体化智能管控新模式。该平台的实施运行,打通了传统工艺流程及信息化系统之间的数据孤岛,实现了从自动化到智能化的产线升级。实践证明,系统运行对高炉生产秩序稳定发挥了重要作用,高炉炉况自主诊断的准确率达到80%以上,燃料比降低2.3kg/t,煤气利用率提高0.6%。Qingdao Special Steel carefully analyzed the problems of information islands and process coordination and intelligent improvement before iron-making,integrated advanced industrial internet technologies such as the internet of Things and big data&cloud computing and digital twin,built an integrated intlligent management and control platform with 18 production models before iron-making,create a new model of integrated intelligent management and control of ironmaking relying on"cloud-edge"collaboration.The implementation and operation of the platform breaks through the data islands between traditional technological processes and information systems,and realizes the upgrade of production lines from automation to intelligence.The practice has proved that the system operation plays an important role in the stability of blast furnace production order.The accuracy of blast furnace condition Self-diagnosis reached more than 80%,the fuel ratio was reduced by 2.3 kg/t,and the gas utilization rate was increased by 0.6%.
