摘 要:对传统ZnO基复合导电陶瓷的组成和制备工艺进行优化,系统表征了试样的显微结构和电学性能,成功制备出一种具有线性伏安特性、阻频特性稳定的新型导电陶瓷材料。实验结果表明:微波烧结可以显著降低试样的烧成温度、抑制元素过度扩散,促进MgAl_(2)O_(4)和ZnO形成稳定的“渗流导电”结构。此外,基体内部的晶界效应不显著,“阈值”范围内可以实现电阻率的连续可调。A new conductive ceramic that possessed linear voltage current characteristic(I-V)and stable frequency resistance(R-F)characteristics was obtained based on optimizing traditional ZnO-based compound conductive ceramics.Its microstructure and electrical properties were investigated in detail.The experimental results showed that the microwave sintering could decrease the sintering temperature and restrain diffusion of elements significantly,what's more,promot MgAl_(2)O_(4) and ZnO to form the percolation conductive structure.In the matrix,grain boundary effect was unapparent,and the variable resistivity could be obtained in the scope of threshold.
