摘  要:含油污泥是在原油工业中产生的油泥水三相混合物,原油为其主要成分之一,具有毒性和可回收利用性。国内含油污泥年产量高但处理效率较低,为将含油污泥资源化和无害化处理,以胜利油田滨南的罐底油泥为研究对象,探究了超声清洗参数对含油污泥脱油效果的影响,确定了含油污泥的超声清洗的最优参数。在该清洗条件下,单次清洗后除油率可达74.9%,经3次清洗除油率可达91.3%,剩余含油率为1.9%,达到清洗要求。从超声波在介质中的传播效应方面对实验结果进行了分析,在超声清洗过程中,起主要作用的是超声机械效应和空化效应,热效应和自由基效应对超声清洗过程影响较小。Oily sludge is a three-phase mixture of oil,mud and water produced in the crude oil industry.Crude oil is one of its main components,which is toxic and recyclable.The annual production of domestic oily sludge is high,but the treatment efficiency is low.In order to recycle and treat oily sludge innocently,the influence of ultrasonic cleaning parameters on the oil removal effect of oily sludge was explored by taking the oil sludge at the bottom of the tank in Binnan of Shengli Oilfield as the research object,and the optimal parameters of ultrasonic cleaning of oily sludge were determined.Under this cleaning condition,the oil removal rate could reach 74.9%after a single cleaning and 91.3%after three-times cleaning.The remaining oil content was 1.9%,which met the cleaning requirements.The experimental results were analyzed in terms of the propagation effect of ultrasonic waves in the medium.In the ultrasonic cleaning process,the main role was played by the ultrasonic mechanical effect and cavitation effect,and the thermal effect and free radical effect had less influence on the ultrasonic cleaning process.
