摘  要:随着油气田的不断开发,不可避免地会产生大量的废弃钻井泥浆。废弃泥浆经过处理,可脱出泥饼,而泥饼成分复杂,存在环保隐患。结合HL油田实际情况,通过X射线衍射仪方法分析出泥饼中固体颗粒成分,同时通过多参数分析仪、原子吸收光谱仪、BOD含量测定仪等研究废弃钻井液脱出泥饼的离子成分、含油性、聚合物含量、微生物含量等,分析了脱出泥饼的成分。结果表明:废弃泥浆脱出泥饼,其含水率较低,含油性较差,其主要以黏土矿物、石英、方解石等为主。泥饼滤液中钠、钙、钾、镁等阳离子含量高,含有少量的铅,并且微生物含量较少,不含聚合物。研究结果对进一步研究切实可行的废弃钻井液脱出泥饼综合利用方法、保护环境和资源利用具有重要意义。With the continuous development of oil and gas fields,it is inevitable to generate a large amount of waste drilling mud.The waste mud cake comes from the waste drilling mud after treatment,and the composition of the mud cake is complex,posing environmental hazards.Based on the actual situation of HL Oilfield,the solid particle composition in the mud cake was analyzed using X-ray diffraction method,and the ionic composition,oil content,polymer content,and microbial content of the mud cake from waste drilling fluid were studied through multi-parameter analyzer,atomic absorption spectrometer,and BOD content tester.The composition of the mud cake was analyzed.The results showed that the mud cake separated from waste mud had low water content and low oil content,mainly consisting of clay minerals,quartz,calcite,etc.The mud cake filtrate had high content of cations,such as sodium,calcium,potassium,and magnesium,it contained a small amount of lead,and had low microbial content,did not contain polymer.This article is of great significance to the study of practical and feasible comprehensive utilization methods for removing mud cake from waste drilling fluid,protecting the environment,and utilizing resources.
