摘 要:随着常规原油储量的减少,对油品的开采也开始向稠油油品转移,稠油储量大,却不易开采,利用率低。针对提高稠油利用率这一问题,提出降黏、洗油一体化体系,通过分析全烃气相色谱、红外光谱、降黏率、四组分、耐温性、洗油率、实验室物理模拟等,揭示其微观作用机理,通过实验测得原油和洗油剂不同比例混合搅拌,在适宜温度下碳原子占比有明显的变化,原油与洗油剂加入比例相同的条件下,随着温度升高,原油表观黏度随剪切速率的增大而迅速下降,且流变曲线也呈现出明显的线性特征。另外,对比原油、洗油剂质量比分别为2∶8与5∶5条件下的曲线,可以明显看出,当原油、洗油剂质量比为2∶8时,随着剪切频率的增加,原油呈现出明显的牛顿流体特性。随着洗油剂质量分数的上升,界面张力呈下降趋势,当洗油剂的质量分数高于0.4%时,即可达到10^(-4)超低界面张力。原油、洗油剂质量比为2∶8的配比出现小于C_(10)的碳原子占比,稠油具有了流动性。原油加入洗油剂后,洗油率达到70.2%,温度越低,洗油体系提高幅度越大,说明可以在低温区利用洗油体系提高开发效果。With the decrease of conventional crude oil reserves,the exploitation of oil products also begins to shift to heavy oil products.Heavy oil reserves are large,but the exploitation is not easy and the utilization rate is low.In this paper,aiming at the problem of improving the utilization rate of heavy oil,an integrated viscosity-reducing and oil-washing system was proposed.The microscopic mechanism was revealed.The experimental results showed that when crude oil and oil washing agent were mixed in different proportions,the proportion of carbon atoms changed significantly at the appropriate temperature.Under the condition that the proportion of crude oil and oil washing agent was the same,the apparent viscosity of crude oil rapidly decreased with the increase of shear rate with the increase of temperature,and the rheological curve also showed obvious linear characteristics.In addition,by comparing the curves of crude oil-washing agent mass ratio 2∶8 and 5∶5 respectively,it was clearly seen that when crude oil-washing agent mass ratio was 2∶8,with the increase of shear frequency,crude oil presented obvious Newtonian fluid characteristics.With the increase of the mass fraction of washing agent,the interfacial tension showed a downward trend.When the mass fraction of washing agent was higher than 0.4%,10^(-4) ultra-low interfacial tension could be reached.When the mass ratio of crude oil to oil washing agent was 2∶8,the carbon atom ratio of less than C_(10) appeared,and the heavy oil had fluidity.After the oil washing agent was added to the crude oil,the oil washing rate reached 70.2%.The lower the temperature,the greater the improvement of the oil washing system,indicating that the oil washing system can be used in the low temperature area to improve the development effect.
