摘 要:由于渤海油田稠油的黏度高、流动性很差,所以需要制备出适合目标区块油田的降黏剂来进行降黏,在70℃条件下,对两个乳化降黏剂体系分别根据不同油水比例和不同浓度进行乳化降黏剂优选,得出两种降黏剂的乳化规律,通过观察脱水率和界面张力对两种乳化降黏剂进行性能评价。结果表明:当油水比低于7∶3和药剂质量浓度高于600 mg·L^(-1)时,与“药剂1”相比较,“药剂2”配制乳化降黏剂B,降黏率可以达到85%以上,降黏效果好;在放置相同时间的情况下,两种乳化降黏中,与降黏剂A相比较,降黏剂B的脱水率较低且与原油间界面张力较低,所以乳状液效果较好。后续又将两种乳化降黏剂进行驱油实验,得出乳化降黏剂B的驱油效果更好,通过不同质量浓度和不同段塞尺寸对于驱油实验的影响,发现乳化降黏剂B的合理质量浓度范围为400~800 mg·L^(-1),合理段塞尺寸为0.3~0.4 PV。Because of the high viscosity and poor fluidity of heavy oil in Bohai Oilfield,it is necessary to prepare a viscosity reducer suitable for the oilfield in the target block to reduce viscosity.Under the condition of 70℃,the two emulsified viscosity reducer systems were optimized according to different oil-water ratios and different mass concentrations,and the emulsification rules of the two emulsified viscosity reducers were obtained.The performance of the two emulsified viscosity reducers was evaluated by observing the dehydration rate and interfacial tension.The results showed that when the oil-water ratio was lower than 7∶3 and the mass concentration of the agent was higher than 600 mg·L^(-1),compared with"Agent 1",the viscosity reduction rate of emulsified viscosity reducer B prepared by"Agent 2"was 85%,and the viscosity reduction effect was good.Standing for the same time,in comparison to the viscosity reducer A,viscosity reducer B had low dehydration rate and low interfacial tension with crude oil,so the emulsion effect was better.Then,two kinds of emulsified viscosity reducer were used for oil displacement experiments,and it was concluded that emulsified viscosity reducer B had better oil displacement effect.Based on the influence of different mass concentrations and different slug sizes on oil displacement effect,it was found that the reasonable mass concentration range of emulsified viscosity reducer B was 400~800 mg·L^(-1),and the reasonable slug size was 0.3~0.4 PV.
