摘 要:高硼铁基耐磨合金是一种以硼为主要合金元素的新型耐磨材料,具有制备工艺简单、成本低、耐磨性能优异等特点,但这类合金存在韧性差的缺点,严重限制了其广泛应用。为了补足高硼铁基耐磨合金的短板,助推耐磨材料行业发展,本文综述了合金元素、变质处理和热处理对这类合金组织性能影响的研究现状,重点分析硼元素对其强韧性的影响机理,并对高硼铁基耐磨合金研究中存在的主要问题及未来的研究方向进行探讨与展望。High boron iron-based wear-resistant alloy is a new wear-resistant material with boron as the main alloying element,which has features of a simple preparation process,low cost,and excellent wear resistance.However,the toughness of the alloy is poor,which seriously limits its wide application.In order to supplement the weakness of high boron iron-based wear-resistant alloy and promote the development of the wear-resistant material industry,this paper has summarized the current research status of the effects of alloying elements,modification treatment,and heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of the alloy.The influence mechanism of boron on its hardness and toughness has been emphatically analyzed,and the main existing problems and future research directions in the high boron iron-based wear-resistant alloy research were discussed and prospected.
