硬涂层薄壁截锥壳固有特性相似关系的确定方法

摘  要:基于Viogt-Reuss等效原理、方程分析法和敏感性分析,研究硬涂层薄壁截锥壳构件固有特性相似关系的确定方法。依据Love壳体理论建立硬涂层薄壁截锥壳的动力学平衡方程,引入方程分析法推导出硬涂层薄壁截锥壳的完全几何相似关系表达式,结合敏感性分析确定畸变相似关系表达式,采用有限元法验证硬涂层薄壁截锥壳相似关系式的准确性。研究结果表明,硬涂层薄壁截锥壳的相似关系与材料参数和几何参数有关,并且在不同阶数下畸变相似的表达式不同,模型的固有频率预测值和原型固有频率之间的最大误差为2.39%,为层合薄壁壳体构件固有特性的相似性设计与分析提供理论及技术支持。Based on the Viogt-Reuss equivalence principle,equation analysis method and sensitivity analysis,a method for determining the similarity relationship between the intrinsic properties of hard-coated thinwalled truncated conical shell components is studied.Based on the Love shell theory,the dynamic equilibrium equation of the hard-coated thin-walled truncated conical shell is established,and the equation analysis method is introduced to deduce the complete geometric similarity relation expression of the hard-coated thin-walled truncated conical shell,combined with sensitivity analysis to determine the expression of distortion similarity relationship.The accuracy of the similarity relationship of the hard-coated thin-walled truncated conical shell is verified by the finite element method.The research results show that the similar relationship of the hard-coated thin-walled truncated conical shell is related to material parameters and geometric parameters.The expressions of the similar lower distortion are different,and the maximum error between the predicted natural frequency of the model and the natural frequency of the prototype is 2.39%,which provides theoretical and technical support for the similarity design and analysis of the inherent characteristics of laminated thin-walled shell components.
