摘　　要：动态的组织传播观视组织为经由传播的构建过程,虽有对物质性的关切,但内部并非“铁板一块”,奥林考斯基的“社会物质性”(social materiality)和科亨所言的“物质化”(materialization)有明显差异,他们对“物”与“物质性”的理解和自身所持的组织传播观密切相连,而他们的组织传播观又受他们所依靠的社会理论和汲取的思想资源影响。“社会物质性”背后的结构化理论、社会建构主义思潮的阴影,以及对管理研究中的技术使用经验参照,带来对有形之“物”的关照;而蒙特利尔学派代表人物科亨的“物质化”依托于话语分析和拉图尔的行动者网络理论,以及语言转向的当代哲学,聚焦关联的程度之纬,带来对无形之“物”——思想、话语、观念意义的偏向。本文引介动态组织观代表人物对“物质性”的探讨及其矛盾争议,以期进一步打开与本土传播研究的对话空间。The dynamic view of organizational communication regards the organization and organizing as a process of construction through communication,which also represented the communication as constitutive of organization(CCO)approach.While there existed a concern for materiality,it is not internally monolithic.There is a clear difference between Orlikowski's social materiality and Cohen's materialization,as their understanding of"things"and"materiality"is closely linked to their view of organizational communication.What's more,their views are influenced by the social theories they rely on and the intellectual resources they draw from.The structural theory behind social materiality,the shadow of social constructivism,and the empirical reference to the use of technology in management research brought about a focus on tangible"things",whereas the Montreal School representative Cohen,draws the concept of materialization from discourse analysis and Latour's actor network theory,as well as the contemporary philosophy of the linguistic turn,focusing on the degree of concern and bringing about the intangible"things":ideas,discourses,meanings.This paper introduces the discussion of materiality and controversies by the representatives of the dynamic organization view,for further opening up the space for dialogue with local communication research.
