摘　　要：目的构建一套适用于临床镇痛常用口服非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)药物评价与遴选的评分标准,科学规范地开展口服NSAIDs临床镇痛综合评价工作,也为其他临床药品评价工作提供参考。方法依据权威指南及药品说明书等相关资料,并运用德尔菲专家咨询法征求专家意见,建立口服NSAIDs临床镇痛综合评价与遴选标准,并运用此评分标准对6种口服NSAIDs进行评分。结果所构建的综合评价与遴选标准,从安全性、有效性、经济性、可及性、创新性、适宜性6个维度进行量化评分,总分由高到低依次为塞来昔布胶囊、美洛昔康片、依托考昔片、双氯芬酸钠缓释片、布洛芬缓释胶囊、艾瑞昔布片。结论以临床价值为导向,构建了一套科学规范的《口服非甾体抗炎药临床镇痛综合评价与遴选标准专家共识》,为医疗机构遴选该类药物和临床合理使用提供科学依据。Objective To construct a set scoring criteria for the evaluation and selection of oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)for clinical analgesia,to ensure the scientific and standardized development of the comprehensive clinical evaluation on oral NSAIDs,to the foundation for the comprehensive clinical evaluation on other drugs.Methods According to authoritative guidelines and drug instructions,the Delphi expert consultation method was subjected to seek expert opinions and establish an expert consensus on the evaluation and selection scoring criteria of oral NSAIDs,and use this criteria to score 6 oral NSAIDs.Results This study quantitatively scored from six dimensions:safety,efficacy,economy,accessibility,innovation,and suitability.The total scores from high to low were celecoxib capsules,meloxicam tablets,etoricoxib tablets,diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets,ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and imrecoxib tablets.Conclusion Guided by clinical value,a scientific and standardized evaluation and selection criteria of oral NSAIDs for clinical analgesia has been established to strengthen pharmaceutical management in medical institutions,while promoting the rational use of drugs.
