摘　　要：2022年4月,美国心脏病学会(ACC)/美国心脏协会(AHA)/美国心力衰竭协会(HFSA)联合发布《2022年心力衰竭管理指南》,在2013年和2017年版心力衰竭管理指南的基础上进行了更新和整合。基于最新的研究证据,《2022年心力衰竭管理指南》为临床医生对于心力衰竭患者的预防、诊断和管理提供了全面的建议,重新定义了心力衰竭的分期和分类,全面更新了管理策略及治疗方案,更加强调心力衰竭预防及心力衰竭专业团队的管理。该文从药物治疗的角度对《2022年心力衰竭管理指南》进行解读,以期为我国心力衰竭患者的药物治疗提供参考。In April 2022,the American College of Cardiology(ACC)/American Heart Association(AHA)/Heart Failure Society of America(HFSA)released the guideline for the management of heart failure(HF),updating and integrating the 2013 and 2017 versions of the guidelines.Based on the latest research evidence,the guideline for the management of heart failure 2022 provided clinicians with comprehensive recommendations for the prevention,diagnosis and management of patients with HF,redefined the stage and classification of HF,comprehensively updated the management strategy,and put more emphasis on the prevention of HF and the management coordination of the professional team of HF.This article interpreted the guideline for the management of heart failure 2022 from the perspective of medical therapy,in order to provide references for the medical therapy of patients with HF in China.
