野木瓜属植物化学成分及其药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：木通科野木瓜属Stauntonia DC.植物主要含有五环三萜及其苷类、降甲基五环三萜及其苷类、苯丙素类以及黄酮类等化学成分。三萜皂苷类成分为其主要化学成分和活性成分,具有镇痛、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等药理作用。野木瓜为该属主要研究的植物,临床上主要用于治疗三叉神经痛、坐骨神经痛、神经性头痛、风湿性关节痛等疾病。该文对野木瓜属植物的化学成分及药理活性进行综述,以期为后续研究开发该属植物提供参考。Plants of the genus Stauntonia DC.in the Lardizabalaceae family mainly contain pentacyclic triterpenoids and their glycosides,pentacyclic nortriterpenoids and their glycosides,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,and other compounds.Triterpenoid saponins as the main compounds and active components of Stauntonia DC.have various biological activities,including analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antitumor,and antioxidant activities.Stauntonia chinensis DC.,the intensively studied plant,has been widely used to treat trigeminal neuralgia,sciatica,neuropathic headache,rheumatic joint pain,and other diseases.The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the plants of Stauntonia DC.are summarized in this paper to provide a reference for further research and development of Stauntonia DC.plants.
