摘　　要：大多数阿片类药物都会抑制免疫系统功能,但近期研究表明它们可能起到双重作用,一种观点认为阿片类药物可以下调免疫功能,导致肿瘤进展;另一种观点认为阿片类药物通过降低疼痛上调免疫功能,从而控制肿瘤。近年来,随着免疫治疗的广泛使用,阿片类药物对于癌性疼痛患者免疫治疗的影响也越来越受到关注。关于阿片类药物与免疫治疗疗效之间的关系,目前并无定论。该文讨论阿片类药物、免疫治疗及免疫功能三者之间的联系。Most opioids suppress the immune system,but recent studies suggest they may play a dual role;one opinion showed that it could downregulate immunity,leading to tumor progression,while the other is to upregulate immunity by reducing pain,thereby controlling tumors.In recent years,with the widespread use of immunotherapy,the impact of opioids on immunotherapy for cancer pain patients has also attracted more and more attention.However,the relationship between opioids and the efficacy of immunotherapy is inconclusive.Therefore,this review will discuss the links between opioids,immunotherapy,and immune function.
