摘 要:癌症的早期筛查和诊断是降低其发病率和死亡率的有效手段。乳腺癌是女性中最常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率已超过肺癌。随着电化学技术的革新,加之生物传感器具有灵敏度高、检测快速、操作简单、成本低等优势,电化学生物传感器被广泛应用于乳腺癌标志物的检测。对常见的乳腺癌靶标进行分类概述,以电化学相关的免疫传感器和适配体传感器为分类,对国内外关于电化学生物传感器在乳腺癌肿瘤标志物的应用研究进行总结和讨论,并对其发展前景进行展望。Early screening and diagnosis of cancer is an effective means to reduce its incidence rate and mortality.Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women,and has surpassed lung cancer to become the tumor with the highest incidence rate among women.With the innovation of electrochemical technology and the advantages of biosensors such as high sensitivity,rapid detection,simple operation and low cost,electrochemical biosensors are widely used in the detection of breast cancer markers.This review first summarizes the classification of common breast cancer biomarkers,and then summarizes and discusses the application of electrochemical biosensors in tumor markers of breast cancer at home and abroad,with electrochemical related immunosensors and aptamer sensors as the classification,and discusses their development prospects.
