摘  要:交流电凝并是一种有效去除颗粒物的技术,颗粒物在电场力的作用下碰撞频率增大而易结合成为较大粒径的颗粒,进而被除尘装置脱除。在实际应用中,运行参数和放电极的形式等都会影响颗粒物的凝并效果。利用交流电凝并装置,对颗粒物的凝并效果进行了研究:选取3种形式的放电极在不同交流电压、粉尘浓度、烟道风速下进行实验,对不同电极形式在不同参数下对粉尘凝并效果进行对比,结果表明,对于不同的电极形式,凝并效果最佳的实验参数不同。通过对比结果,凝并效果总体最优的极配形式和参数为:四齿芒刺线-金属板,电压为30 kV、风速为1.2 m/s、粉尘浓度为2 g/m3,凝并后3.31~5.01μm粒径的粉尘体积百分比减少了5.66%,PM10减少了18.29%。AC electric agglomeration is an effective technology to remove particulate matter.Under the action of electric field force,the collision frequency of particulate matter increases and they are easy to be integrated into particles with larger size,which are then removed by the dust collector.In practical applications,both the operating parameters and the type of discharge electrode will affect the agglomeration effect of particulate matter.The agglomeration effect of particu⁃late matter is studied by using an AC electric agglomerator:three types of discharging electrodes were selected to con⁃duct experiments under different applied AC voltages,dust concentrations and air flow velocities.The dust agglomeration effect of different discharge electrodes under different parameters was compared,and the results show that for different discharging electrodes,the experimental parameters for the best agglomeration effect are not same.By comparing the re⁃sults,the electrodes and parameters with the overall best agglomeration effects are:four-tooth barbed wire-metal plate,voltage 35 kV,flow velocity 1.0 m/s,and dust concentration 2 g/m3.In this case,the volume percentage of dust particles with size of 3.31–5.01μm decreases by 5.66%,and PM10 decreases by 18.29%.
