摘　　要：运用文献分析法,梳理国外科研伦理的发展历程;运用批判性分析,评述以《贝尔蒙报告》与美国伦理审查委员会为代表的国外科研伦理规范的一些局限以及我国科研伦理规范的发展现状。阐释我国社会科学涉人研究伦理规范的缺失原因与构建意义,进而提出我国社会科学涉人研究伦理规范的构建方式。Using literature review and critical analysis,this paper portrays the development of ethical guidelines for academic research abroad and examines the limitations of the Belmont principles and the status quo of ethical guidelines for academic research in China.Finally,the paper analyzes the reasons for the deficiency of ethical guidelines for social and behavioral research in China and proposes several approaches to establish such guidelines.
