摘　　要：[目的/意义]研究风险投资对硬科技企业科技成果转化的影响,并通过数据实证验证“投早、投小、投新”的科技投资方法,指导优化技术转移与科技投资工作。[方法/过程]基于知名硬科技投资机构的202项投资数据,构建投资决策的分析框架。从企业成长和风险投资的轮次两个角度研究风险投资对硬科技企业的影响。[结果/结论]数据分析显示,风险投资对硬科技企业成长有显著促进作用,投资轮次更早的项目企业成长性和基金回报都更高。项目科技含量和投资决策的难度不断提升,风险投资机构应加强项目发掘与筛选优势、提升投资决策水平。[Purpose/Significance]This paper studies the impact of venture capital on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of hard science and technology enterprises and verifies the scientific and technological investment method of"early,small and new investment"through empirical data to guide and optimize technology transfer and scientific and technological investment.[Method/Process]Based on 202 investment data of well-known hard science and technology investment institutions,the analytical framework of investment decision-making was constructed.This paper studied the impact of venture capital on hard science and technology enterprises from the perspectives of enterprise growth and the rotation of venture capital.[Result/Conclusion]Data analysis shows that venture capital has a significant role in promoting the growth of hard science and technology enterprises.Projects with earlier investment rounds have higher growth and fund returns.The scientific and technological content of the project and the difficulty of investment decision-making are increasing.Venture capital institutions should strengthen the project exploration and screening advantages and improve the level of investment decision-making.
