摘 要:[目的]明确喷雾助剂松脂二烯(PA)和相同成分的抗蒸腾剂Vapor Gard(VG)对甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(简称甲维盐)光解的影响。[方法]将PA、VG分别与2.3%甲维盐微乳剂(ME)桶混后,在氙灯模拟自然光下,基于HPLC、LC-MS、1H NMR、13C NMR和生物活性测定,研究了甲维盐光解速率变化,鉴定光解产物结构及其活性,采用盆栽试验进行了验证。[结果]氙灯模拟光解条件下,ME+PA、ME+VG、ME中甲维盐半衰期分别为49.5、33.0、33.0 h;PA+ME氙灯模拟光解72 h产物为J1(MSB_(1a))、J2(FAB_(1a))、J3(4″-R-OH-B_(1a))、J4(4″-S-OH-B_(1a))、J5(MAB_(1a)),对应分子式C_(41)H_(60)O_(11)、C_(49)H_(73)NO_(14)、C_(48)H_(72)O_(14)、C_(48)H_(72)O_(14)、C_(49)H_(75)NO_(13),各光解产物(10 mg/L)处理黏虫24 h后死亡率分别为3.3%、23.3%、43.3%、13.3%、16.7%;10 mg/L甲维盐微乳剂添加PA、VG后喷雾玉米叶片,自然光照3 d后,取处理叶片饲喂黏虫,PA+ME、VG+ME和ME组的黏虫死亡率分别为82.5%、54.5%、44.4%,5 d后分别为44.6%、33.3%、5.1%,9 d后分别为14.1%、9.1%、0%。[结论]PA能显著提高甲维盐的抗光解能力,减缓其光解速度,延长持效期,有推广应用前景。[Aims]To clarify the effects of adjuvant pinolene(PA)and anti-transpirant Vapor Gard(VG)of the same component on the photodegradation of emamectin benzoate.[Methods]PA or VG was tank-mixed with emamectin benzoate 2.3%micro-emulsion(ME),the changes emamectin benzoate in the photodegradation rate and characteristics of its degraded products under a natural light-mimicking xenon lamp were studied based on HPLC,LC-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR and bioactivity assays.[Results]The half-lives of emamectin benzoate in PA,VG,and ME were 49.5,33.0 and 33.0 h,respectively.5 Photoproducts,J1(MSB_(1a)),J2(FAB_(1a)),J3(4″-R-OH-B_(1a)),J4(4″-S-OH-B_(1a)),J5(MAB_(1a)),with corresponding molecular formulas of C_(41)H_(60)O_(11),C_(49)H_(73)NO_(14),C_(48)H_(72)O_(14),C_(48)H_(72)O_(14),C_(49)H_(75)NO_(13),were obtained from PA+ME after photodegradation for 72 h.The mortality of armyworms treated with each photoproduct(10 mg/L,24 h)was 3.3%,23.3%,43.3%,13.3%,16.7%,respectively.After adding PA or VG,ME(10 mg/L)was sprayed on corn leaves in the field,and the treated leaves were fed to armyworms for 3 d.The mortality rates of PA+ME,VG+ME and ME to armyworms were 44.6%,33.3%and 5.1%on the 5th day and 14.1%,9.1%and 0%on the 9th day,respectively.[Conclusions]PA can significantly improve the photodegradation resistance of emamectin benzoate,slow down its photodegradation speed and prolong the effective time span,presenting its potential for application.
