摘  要:[目的]建立同时测定苯醚甲环唑和肟菌酯含量的高效液相色谱检测法。[方法]以乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,用C18柱分离,紫外检测器在236 nm处对40%苯甲·肟菌酯水分散粒剂中苯醚甲环唑和肟菌酯进行外标法检测。[结果]苯醚甲环唑和肟菌酯线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9998,7次平行测定的变异系数分别为0.35%和0.50%,加标回收率分别为99.8%~100.2%和99.2%~101.0%。[结论]该方法线性关系、准确度和精密度均符合要求,可用于苯醚甲环唑和肟菌酯复配制剂的质量控制。[Aims]A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for simultaneous determination of difenoconazole and trifloxystrobin.[Methods]Using acetonitrile-methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase,difenoconazole and trifloxystrobin in difenoconazole·trifloxystrobin 40%water dispersible granule were determined with C18 column and ultraviolet detector at 236 nm by external standard method.[Results]The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of difenoconazole and trifloxystrobin were 0.9996 and 0.9998,the coefficients of variation of 7 parallel determination results were 0.35%and 0.50%,and the recoveries were 99.8%-100.2%and 99.2%-101.0%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method with linearity,accuracy and precision met the requirements can be used for the quality control of the composition preparation of difenoconazole and trifloxystrobin.
