摘　　要：[目的]筛选有效防控烟草弯孢叶斑病的杀菌剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法,测定13种杀菌剂对烟草弯孢菌叶斑病菌的生物活性,并选出生物活性较强的几种杀菌剂开展田间防效试验。[结果]室内生物活性测定筛选出的活性较强的5种杀菌剂为450 g/L咪鲜胺水乳剂、125 g/L氟环唑悬浮剂、42.4%唑醚·氟酰胺乳油、250 g/L吡唑醚菌酯乳油、10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂,EC50值分别为0.2997、0.4054、1.4757、3.5247、3.9322 mg/L,田间防效试验防治效果较好的杀菌剂为450 g/L咪鲜胺水乳剂和125 g/L氟环唑悬浮剂,防效均在59%以上。[结论]综合室内生物活性测定和田间防效试验的结果,推荐450 g/L咪鲜胺水乳剂和125 g/L氟环唑悬浮剂2种杀菌剂作为烟草弯孢菌叶斑病的优选防治药剂。[Aims]In order to screen fungicides for effective control on leaf spot disease of tobacco caused by Curvularia clawata.[Methods]The biological activity of 13 fungicides against C.clavata was determined by mycelial growth rate method,and several fungicides with strong bioactivity were selected to carry out field trials.[Results]Five fungicides with strong bioactivity in laboratory bioactivity assay were prochloraz 450 g/L EW,epoxiconazole 125 g/L SC,pyraclostrobin·fluxapyroxad 42.4%EC,pyraclostrobin 250 g/L EC and difenoconazole 10%WG,and their ECso values were 0.2997,0.4054,1.4757,3.5247,3.9322 mg/L,respectively.The fungicides with good field control effects in the field trails were prochloraz 450 g/L EW and epoxiconazole 125 g/L SC,with field control effects more than 59%.[Conclusions]Combining the results in laboratory and field trails,prochloraz 450 g/L EW and epoxiconazole 125 g/L SC are recommended as the preferred fungicides for the control of tobacco leaf spot caused by C.clavata.
