摘  要:[目的]试验6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂与植物生长调节剂组合应用对大豆的抗病增产提质效果。[方法]以“辽黑豆5号”为大豆供试品种,在辽宁省阜新市彰武县,开展了6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂结合24-表芸苔素内酯和复硝酚钠等植物生长调节剂对大豆菌核病、农艺性状以及产量品质影响的田间试验。[结果]在大豆整个生育期喷施2次6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂(300 g/hm^(2))与植物生长调节剂组合对菌核病的防控效果可以达到65%以上,可显著提升大豆植株的株高、有效分枝数和单株有效荚数,大豆平均增产幅度达到7.35%,并且大豆的蛋白质、脂肪和总碳水化合物含量分别提高2.79%、6.64%和3.18%。[结论]6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂与植物生长调节剂组合施用于大豆具有抗病、增产和提质的作用。[Aims]The aim was to verify the effect of oligosaccharins·plant activator protein 6%WP combined with plant growth regulator on soybean disease resistance,yield increase and quality improvement.[Methods]Using"Liao black soybean No.5"as the test crop and oligosaccharins·plant activator protein 6%WP as the test pesticide,combined with 24-epibrassinolide and sodium nitrophenolate,the effects of the combination on soybean disease resistance,agronomic traits,yield and quality were investigated in Zhangwu County,Fuxin City,Liaoning Province.[Results]The control effect of oligosaccharins·plant activator protein 6%WP combined with plant growth regulator on sclerotinia rot could reach more than 65%after spraying at 300 g/ha twice during the whole growth period of soybean.At the same time,the plant height,effective branch number and effective pod number per plant were increased significantly.The soybean yield was also significantly increased,with an average increase of 7.35%,while the protein,fat and total carbohydrate contents of the tested soybean were increased by 2.79%,6.64%and 3.18%,respectively.[Conclusions]In general,application of oligosaccharins·plant activator protein 6%WP combined with plant growth regulator can improve soybean quality and yield,as well as increase disease resistance.
