摘 要:针对30tVOD/VHD精炼炉真空冶炼时容易出现喷溅、钢渣经常堵塞加料口、无法实现真空状态下加料等问题,对精炼炉加料结构进行了分析,找出存在的问题,重新设计改造并优化了加料结构。试验表明,从吹氧口加料彻底解决了困扰多年的真空加料问题,满足了精炼钢生产和超低碳钢新品种的开发需求。Aiming at the problems of frequent splashing,frequent blockage of feed port by steel slag,and inability to achieve feeding under vacuum condition during vacuum smelting of 30 t VOD/VHD refining furnace,the feeding structure of the refining furnace is analyzed,the existing problems are found,and the feeding structure is redesigned and optimized.The test shows that the feeding from the oxygen blowing port completely solves the vacuum feeding problem that has been plagued for many years,and meets the development needs of refined steel production and new varieties of ultra-low carbon steel.
