摘　　要：分析了石灰厂除尘系统电机因实施隔音治理形成的高温老化和尖峰电压作用下导致绝缘损坏,从而引发电机烧毁以及变频器损坏的一系列连锁效应;总结了罗茨风机堵转导致变频器异常原因及处理措施。This paper analyzes a series of interlocking effects of the motor of the lime plant precipitating system caused by high temperature aging and peak voltage caused by the implementation of sound insulation treatment,which leads to the motor burning and inverter damage.The causes and treatment measures of inverter abnormalities caused by Roots draught fan stall are summarized.
