摘　　要：通过对3号烧结机环冷机换型改造、烧结热风循环利用、机头料仓增加蒸汽预热装置等新工艺、新技术的应用,提高了烧结矿质量、降低成本,减少烧结排烟量,实现清洁生产。Through the use of new process and technology to change the circular cooler of the No.3 sintering machine,the recycling of sintering hot air,and the addition of steam preheating device to the head silo in the machine front side,the quality of sinter ore is improved,the production cost is reduced,the amount of sintering smoke is reduced,and clean production is realized.
