摘　　要：介绍了河南平煤神马东大化学有限公司2套螺杆式氯气液化装置在生产过程中出现的油系统不平衡故障。逐步分析排查故障原因。提出液化器升级供液控制方案,并给出改进措施。该方案实现了稳定有效回油,使机组运行达到正常稳定的油平衡状态,为装置长周期、安全稳定运行奠定设备基础。This article introduces the oil system imbalance fault that occurred during the production process of two screw type chlorine liquefaction devices in Henan Pingmei Shenma Dongda Chemical Co.,Ltd.The cause of the fault is troubleshooted step by step.A solution is proposed,i.e.upgrading the liquefier to control liquid supply.Improvement measures are proposed.The application of this solution achieves stable and effective oil return,enables the unit to operate in a normal and stable oil balance state,laying foundation for the long-term,safe and stable operation of the devices.
