热电脱硫系统处理蒸发固碱烟气的研究

摘　　要：介绍了陕西北元化工集团股份有限公司如何利用热电脱硫脱硝系统对固碱蒸发燃煤烟气进行治理。从脱硫脱硝角度对烟气处理能力、风机输送能力、脱硫效率等进行分析测算。计算结果表明:原有热电脱硫脱硝系统能满足固碱蒸发烟气处理需求。This article introduces how Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.utilizes a thermoelectric desulfurization and denitrification system to treat coal-fired flue gas from solid alkali evaporation.The flue gas treatment capacity,fan conveying capacity,desulfurization efficiency are analyzed and calculated from the perspective of desulfurization and denitrification.The calculation results indicate that the original thermoelectric desulfurization and denitrification system can meet the requirement in the treatment of flue gas from solid alkali evaporation.
