摘　　要：从液氯生产工艺、设备设施、应急处置等方面提高液氯安全生产技术,有力提升氯碱系统氯气生产储运工艺安全管控水平,消除系统设备设施潜在隐患,实现关键环节操作失误及其后果的预防预控,强化氯气泄漏应急处置能力,实现生产装置和作业环境的本质安全。The safe production technology of liquid chlorine is improved from aspects such as production process,equipment and facilities,and emergency response.These improvements effectively enhance the safety management and control level of chlorine production,storage and transportation process in the chlor-alkali system,eliminate the potential hidden dangers in system,equipment and facilities,realize the prevention and pre-control of operational errors and consequences in key links,strengthens the emergency response capability of chlorine leakage,and realize the intrinsic safety of productionequipment and operating environment.
