朱氏一指禅推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究朱氏一指禅推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年3月的华阳街道社区卫生服务中心门诊、社区卫生服务站点的160例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为朱氏一指禅推拿组和传统推拿组各80例。朱氏一指禅推拿组采用朱氏一指禅推拿手法治疗,传统推拿组采用传统推拿手法治疗,每周治疗3次,10次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,分别于治疗前后比较两组疼痛分级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、现有疼痛强度(PPI)、神经根型颈椎病症状量化积分差值、临床疗效和症状消失时间。结果:治疗后,两组PRI、VAS、PPI评分均下降(P<0.05),且朱氏一指禅推拿组显著低于传统推拿组(P<0.05);朱氏一指禅推拿组神经根型颈椎病症状量化积分差值比传统推拿组大(P<0.05);朱氏一指禅推拿组治愈率为84.2%高于传统推拿组79.8%(P<0.05),临床症状消失时间短于传统推拿组(P<0.05)。结论:朱氏一指禅推拿组和传统推拿组均可改善神经根型颈椎病的疼痛症状,但是临床治疗效果上朱氏一指禅推拿组优于传统推拿组。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Zhu's one-finger Zen massage in the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.Methods:160 patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy in the community health service center from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into 80 cases of Zhu's one-finger Zen massage group and 80 cases of traditional massage group.Zhu's one-finger Zen massage group used Zhu's one-finger Zen massage treatment,and the traditional massage group used traditional massage treatment,treatment 3 weekly,10 times for 1 course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment respectively,before and after treatment of two groups of pain classification index(PRI),visual analog pain score(VAS),existing pain intensity(PPI),cervical spondylotic radiculopathy symptoms quantitative integral difference,clinical curative effect and symptoms disappear time.Results:After treatment,PRI,VAS,and PPI scores in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and Zhu's one-finger Zen massage group was significantly lower than the traditional massage group(P<0.05);the quantitative integral difference of cervical symptoms in Zhu's one-finger Zen massage group was larger than that in the traditional massage group(P<0.05);the cure rate of Zhu's one-finger Zen massage group was 84.2%higher than that of traditional massage group 79.8%(P<0.05),the disappearance time of clinical symptoms was shorter than that of the traditional massage group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Zhu's one-finger Zen massage group and the traditional massage group can improve the pain symptoms of cervical spondylosis,but the clinical treatment effect of Zhu's one-finger Zen massage group is better than the traditional massage group.
