毫针扫散法治疗耳部带状疱疹后神经痛案

摘　　要：带状疱疹后神经痛属中医“蛇串疮”范畴,多因情志内伤、肝郁化火,湿邪下注所致。老年人因其血虚肝旺、气虚血瘀,常致疼痛迁延难愈而成为该病的高发人群,治疗原则以调畅气血、补络止痛为主。本文通过介绍陈娇凤主任医师运用毫针扫散法治疗耳带状疱疹后神经痛验案一则,阐述其治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床诊疗方法与思路。Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)belongs to the category of snake-like sores in traditional Chinese medicine,which is often caused by affectmind internal damage,liver-fire,downward flow of dampness.Old people usually become the high-incidence group of this disease owing to their hematasthenic hyperactivity of liver,Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Therefore,the principle of treatment is recuperating Qi and blood,invigorating collaterals and relieving pain.This article aims to expatiate Dr.Chen's clinical diagnosis,treatment methods and ideas by introducing a case of ear postherpetic neuralgia treated by means of acupuncture needles brushing method by Dr.Chen.
