单刺列缺穴治疗原发性痛经的理论探析

摘　　要：原发性痛经是一类青春期女性多发的妇科疾病,其不适症状严重危害到女性的工作、生活及身体健康。针刺可快速缓解痛经症状,且长期疗效佳。本文基于中医脏腑经络理论,主要从经穴、络穴、八脉交会穴、脏腑经络气机、腕踩全息以及脏腑别通等角度来进行浅析,厘清列缺穴治疗原发性痛经的部分取穴思路。Primary dysmenorrhea is a kind of gynecological disease which occurs frequently in adolescent women.Its discomfort symptoms seriously harm women's work,life and health.Acupuncture can quickly relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms,and the long-term curative effect is good.Based on the theory of Zang-fu meridians and collaterals of traditional Chinese medicine,this article tries to analyze from the meridian points,luoconnecting points,confluent points of the eight extraordinary meridians,qi activities between viscera and meridians,holographic therapy of wrist and ankle,and“interconnection of zang-fu rgans”theory to clarify some acupoints selection ideas of Lieque for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
