浮针疗法治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的理论与临床思路探析

摘　　要：基于浮针气血新论,气和血的关系约等同于肌肉-血液(血循环)的关系,对慢性浅表性胃炎的病机进行再认识,认为慢性浅表性胃炎的病机仍是气血失调,内外同病,体表相关骨骼肌紧张僵硬形成患肌,通过触摸检查患肌,进行浮针扫散和再灌注活动松解相关患肌,调治内在的脏腑病变以治疗慢性浅表性胃炎,取得较好的效果,值得临床推广运用。Based on the New Theory of Qi and Blood,the relationship between Qi and Blood is about the same as the relationship between muscle and blood(blood circulation)to reunderstand the pathogenesis of chronic superficial gastritis.It is believed that the pathogenesis of chronic superficial gastritis is still Qi and Blood disorder,and both internal and external diseases.The skeletal muscle related to the body surface is tense and stiff to form pathological tight muscle.The physiatrist touches the body surface to check the pathological tight muscle.The physiatrist releases the pathological tight muscle with Fu's subcutaneous needling by swing and reperfusion activity to treat chronic superficial gastritis,which has achieved good results and is worthy of clinical application.
