摘　　要：目的:通过数据挖掘技术探讨古代医籍文献中针灸治疗中风-中脏腑的选穴规律。方法:收集第5版《中华医典》自先秦至清末全部医籍中针灸治疗中风-中脏腑的相关条文,运用Excel 2019软件建立针灸处方数据库并进行描述性分析,运用SPSS Statistics 25.0及SPSS modeler18.0软件对数据进行聚类分析与关联规则分析。结果:共纳入条文36条,涉及腧穴58个,总频次116次,使用频次最高的为百会穴;最常涉及的经脉为督脉;腧穴分布以头面颈项部为主;特定穴应用中以五腧穴的井穴及交会穴为主;关联规则分析显示,大敦-中冲支持度最高。聚类分析获得4个有效聚类群:百会-风池-大椎-肩髃-肩井-曲池-间使-足三里-悬钟,水沟-合谷,中冲-大敦-印堂,少商-商阳-关冲-少冲-少泽;结论:古代针灸治疗中风-中脏腑以醒神为首要原则,根据闭证、脱证不同以开窍启闭或回阳固脱,以局部取穴为主,配合远端取穴。Objective:To analyze the rules of acupoint selection in the treatment of stroke in zang-fu organs recorded in ancient books based on data mining.Methods:The 5th edition of the Chinese Medical Code was used to collect articles on acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of stroke in zang-fu organs from the pre-Qin dynasty to the end of the Qing dynasty.The acupuncture prescription database was established by Excel 2009 software and descriptive analysis was carried out.SPSS Statistics 25.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the association rules and conduct cluster analysis.Results:A total of 36 articles were included、involving 58 acupoints、with a total frequency of 116 times、and the highest frequency of use was Baihui acupoint.The most commonly involved meridian was the Du meridian;The distribution of acupoints was mainly on the head、face and cervical parts;the well points and the convergent points were mainly used in the application of specific acupoints;Association rule analysis shows that Dadun(LR1)-Zhongchong(PC9)has the highest degree of support.Four valid cluster groups were obtained by cluster analysis:Baihui(DU20)-Fengchi(GB20)-Dazhui(DU14)-Jianyu(LI15)-Jianjing(GB21)-Quchi(LI11)-Jianshi(PC5)-Zusanli(ST36)-Xuanzhong(GB39)、Suigou(DU26)-Hegu(LI4)、Zhongchong(PC9)-Dadun(LR1)-Yintang(EX-HN3)、Shaoshang(LU11)-Shangyang(LI1)-Guanchong(SJ1)-Shaochong(HT9)-Shaozhe(SI1).Coclusion:In ancient times、acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of stroke in zang-fu organs was based on the primary principle of refreshing Shen、and depending on the blockage syndrome and collapse syndrome to induce resuscitation or rescue from collapse by restoring Yang、the selection of acupoints was based on local acupoints、together with distal acupoints.
