摘 要:基于长三角地区41个城市2011-2019年的面板数据,综合运用固定效应模型、面板分位数模型、面板门槛模型、空间计量模型等实证方法系统探究了互联网发展对城市创新能力的影响。研究表明:互联网发展对城市创新能力具有显著的正向影响且表现出地区异质性;随着城市创新水平提升,互联网发展对城市创新能力的促进作用边际递增;以政府科技支持为门槛变量时,互联网发展对城市创新能力表现出递减的促进作用;互联网发展不仅能提升本城市创新能力还具有显著的正向空间溢出效应。Based on the panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2019,this paper systematically explores the impact of Internet development on urban innovation capacity by comprehensively using empirical methods such as fixed effect model,panel quantile model,panel threshold model,spatial econometric model and so on.Results shows that Internet development has a significant positive impact on urban innovation ability and shows regional heterogeneity.With the improvement of urban innovation level,the marginal role of Internet development in promoting urban innovation ability is increasing.When the government's scientific and technological support is taken as the threshold variable,the Internet development plays a decreasing role in promoting urban innovation ability.The development of Internet can not only improve the innovation ability of the city,but also have a significant positive spatial spillover effect.
